This website is operated by Pradeep Kumar Jain, an AMFI-Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-9749). We distribute Regular Plans of mutual fund schemes of the AMCs we are empanelled with. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser, Portfolio Manager or Research Analyst, and nothing on this website is investment advice or a solicitation to invest in any particular scheme.

You are responsible for reading the Scheme Information Document, Key Information Memorandum and Statement of Additional Information before investing, for keeping your KYC, contact and bank details updated, for checking every transaction confirmation and statement, and for keeping your login credentials and OTPs confidential. You agree not to share your credentials with anyone, including our staff, and not to pay in cash or sign blank forms.

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks and we do not assure or guarantee any return. Past performance is not an indicator of future performance. Any calculator or illustration on this website uses an assumed rate not exceeding 12% p.a. and is for understanding only.

We receive trail commission from the AMC for the schemes you invest in through ARN-9749. The commission is included in the Base Expense Ratio of the Regular Plan and is disclosed on the Commission Disclosure page. We do not charge you any fee for distribution services.

Your personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

The text, layout and material on this website belong to Pradeep Kumar Jain except where they belong to an AMC, AMFI, SEBI or another third party. You may view and print pages for your personal use but may not copy, reproduce or distribute them for any other purpose without written permission.
