Pradeep Kumar Jain (ARN-9749) respects the privacy of every investor and visitor to this website. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, with whom we share it and the rights you have under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA). We are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data you give us.

We collect the personal data needed to open and service your mutual fund investments: your name, address, date of birth, PAN, Aadhaar or other officially valid document for KYC, contact details, bank account details, nomination details, FATCA / CRS declaration, risk profiling responses, financial goals and transaction history. When you visit this website we may also receive technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type.

We use your data only to complete KYC, place and track your transactions, record and review your risk profile, send you statements and scheme information, respond to your queries and complaints, and meet the reporting duties placed on us by SEBI, AMFI, the AMCs and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002. We do not use your data for any other purpose without your consent.

Your data is shared only with the AMCs and their Registrars for processing transactions, with KYC Registration Agencies and the Central KYC Registry for KYC, with the stock exchange transaction platform for order placement, with SEBI, AMFI and AMC-appointed auditors on official request, and with our IT service providers under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell, rent or share your data with any marketing or advertising agency.

Your data is stored on password-protected systems with restricted access, and physical records are kept in locked storage accessible only to authorised persons. Records are retained for the period required by SEBI, AMFI and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, which is at least five years after the end of the relationship, and are then securely destroyed.

Under the DPDPA you have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or updated, to have it erased when it is no longer required by law, to withdraw consent for any processing that is not required by law, and to raise a grievance.
