How a complaint is handled

1LodgeComplaint received in writing, by email or by phone and entered in the Complaint Register.
2AcknowledgeWritten acknowledgement with complaint number within 3 working days.
3ExamineThe complaint is examined with the AMC / Registrar / platform records.
4ResolveWritten reply with resolution within 15 working days of receipt.
5EscalateIf unresolved or unsatisfactory, the investor may escalate as below.
